1. Uygulamadan silme
Hesabınıza girebiliyorsanız en hızlı yol uygulamadır:
Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil
İşlem onayınızın ardından hemen başlar. Uygulamayı telefondan kaldırmak hesabınızı silmez; yalnızca uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırır.
2. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Telefonunuzu değiştirdiyseniz, uygulamayı zaten sildiyseniz veya hesabınıza giriş yapamıyorsanız silme talebinizi e-posta ile iletebilirsiniz:
Talebinizi hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresinden gönderin ve konuya “Hesap silme talebi” yazın. Hesabınızı bulabilmemiz için kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı, biliyorsanız arkadaş kodunuzu ekleyin. Kimliğinizi doğrulayamazsak talebi yerine getiremeyiz; bu, başkasının hesabınızı sildirmesini önlemek içindir.
Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
3. Silinen ve saklanan veriler
Silinenler: hesabınız ve giriş bilgileriniz, profiliniz ve doğum verileriniz, yüklediğiniz kahve fincanı fotoğrafları, bildirimleriniz, arkadaş bağlantılarınız, sohbet oturumlarınız, sıralama kayıtlarınız, altın bakiyeniz ve analitik tanımlayıcılarınız.
Kimliksizleştirilenler: fal ve yorum kayıtları silinmez, kimliksizleştirilir. Kullanıcı kimliğiniz, adınız ve girdiğiniz içerik kaldırılır; yorum metni, türü ve tarihi size bağlanamayacak biçimde toplu istatistikler için kalır.
Saklananlar: ödeme ve vergi kayıtları, Alman ticaret ve vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca (kural olarak 6–10 yıl) yalnızca bu amaçla saklanır. Bu, yasal bir zorunluluktur ve silme talebiyle kaldırılamaz.

4. Aboneliğiniz
Premium aboneliğiniz varsa, hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Abonelik App Store veya Google Play tarafından yönetilir ve oradan iptal edilmelidir; aksi hâlde ücretlendirme devam eder. Hesabınızı silmeden önce aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin.
Delete your account and data

1. Delete from inside the app
If you can still sign in, the app is the fastest route:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account; it only uninstalls the app.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you changed phones, already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request by email:
Write from the email address linked to your account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. Include the email address or phone number registered to the account, and your friend code if you know it. We cannot act on a request we are unable to verify — this is what stops someone else from having your account deleted.
We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your account and sign-in credentials, profile and birth data, coffee cup photos you uploaded, notifications, friend connections, chat sessions, leaderboard records, coin balance and analytics identifiers.
Anonymised: reading and interpretation records are anonymised rather than erased. Your user id, your name and the content you submitted are stripped; the interpretation text, its type and date remain in a form that cannot be linked back to you, for aggregate statistics.
Kept: payment and tax records are retained for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (as a rule 6–10 years) and for that purpose only. This is a legal obligation and cannot be removed by a deletion request.

4. Your subscription
If you have a Premium subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there, or billing continues. Cancel in your store account's subscription settings before deleting your account.
